Easy Rajyoga (Spoken)
Easy Rajyoga
Dr Sudhanshu Sekhar Mishra
Respected brothers and sisters,
Human life is valuable, and its success does not depend only on money or comfort. The true success of life lies in values and spiritual awareness. Without knowing who we are, we live like wanderers, slaves to situations.
Spiritual education teaches us self-knowledge. We are not this body. We are souls—eternal, conscious, immortal beings. The body perishes, but the soul never dies. When we forget this truth, we identify with caste, creed, and religion, and this leads to conflict. But when we remember, “I am a soul, a child of the Supreme Soul,” then peace, purity, and happiness become natural.
True religion is not rituals or blind faith. True religion is the inner nature of the soul—peace, purity, love, truth, and joy. Spirituality means bringing these qualities into practical life.
Now let us understand Yoga. Yoga means connection—the union of the soul with the Supreme Soul. Rajyoga is this union. To forget the body, to know ourselves as souls, and to lovingly remember the Supreme Father—that is real Yoga.
Today, many teachers offer different yogas. Some speak of Kundalini awakening by touch, some promise miracles, some use techniques for quick results. But these are like a bright bulb that dazzles for a moment and then leaves darkness. Such miracles may entertain, but they cannot give the true goal of life.
Rajyoga is different. It liberates us from illusions and guides us towards our real purpose. The soul, burning in the fire of vices, longs for the cooling touch of God’s remembrance. But to meditate, we must have true knowledge. Until we know Who am I? Who is God? What is my relation with Him? What is Karma? What is rebirth? How to conquer vices?—until then, meditation is incomplete.
The Supreme Soul Himself answers these questions when He descends in the body of Prajapita Brahma. Through him, He established the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University, where Godly knowledge and Rajyoga are taught for world transformation.
This is the real path that leads us back to peace, purity, and divine life.
